Disk Sets - one bag does one bear (Item #DS)

The disk sets contain 10 hard board disks, five cotter pins and 10 steel washers. This is the required amount of hardware to joint one complete bear. We use hard wood disks, cotter pins and washers for true heirloom quality. (Please specify sizes) 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4", 2" or 2 1/2" - $3.50 per set. Cotter Pin Tool Thing (Item # CPT)
Use this tool to easily turn your cotter pins rather than fighting with needle nose pliers. Slip the end of the tool over the pin, twist and you have a nice tight crown joint. It's sooooo much easier than using needle nose pliers and does a much better job. For 1" disk sets and larger. Regular $14.99 each

Flexlimb (Item # Flex Limb)

Try this simple, fun way to make your bear bend and pose. Insert flexlimb into the arms and / or legs of your bear by attaching the flexlimb onto your cotterpin or bolt when jointing. The pieces can be cut into smaller sizes with scissors or wirecutters. Choose the size that suits you best by measuring your arm and/or leg to just past where you want it to bend.
