1. Cut Flexlimb foam at the tip to desired size.
2. Cut wire accordingly, then fold the end of the wire under with a needlenose pliers and push the cut end down into the hole of the foam.
3. Place the Flexlimb into the arm or leg and fill out with fiberfill.
4. Insert the tapbolt or a cotterpin through the appropriate washer, disc and loop of the top of the Flexlimb. The disk should lie flat against the Flexlimb loop.
5. Push the bolt or cotterpin through the weave of the fabric of the arm or the leg and then through the body. it may be necessary to cut a little hole, when using the fatter tapbolt.
6. Tighten the joint as you normally would.
7. Finish stuffing around the top and close the seam and your bear can be posed all sorts of ways.
